Didn't Make the Cut? Not a fat joke..

I had a comment that Chris didn't "make the cut" in the recent "Nashville Weekend" blog entry. Well, that is not exactly factual. He WAS in that blog originally but, I not being very blog savvy sometimes, couldn't get the pictures to line up correctly. So, Chris this is for you. You WERE in the first draft but, NOW you get an entry ALL for YOU!!!

Nashville Weekend

We took a quick trip to Nashville this past weekend and had a blast doing a whole bunch of nothing. We hung out, laughed, talked, played cards, played with kids, ate, slept, learned what happens on May 5th, etc.

Driving Lessons

On our first driving lesson the other day, my Princess and her brand new learners permit take a seat behind the driver's wheel.
The first question out of her mouth was...do I put the gear shift on N??? (Neutral)
Oh boy...this is going to be fun.

Drivers Beware

Yes, we did just return from a much needed vacation but the news of the day is...drum roll please....Princess Mollie got her LEARNERS PERMIT. YAY!!!
This means...she is allowed to officially get behind the driver's wheel and learn to drive. So, that being said...let this be your official warning...haha
I am very proud of my baby girl though. You are allowed to miss 6 of the questions on the driving test and she only missed 4!!! She was so nervous. :)

Easter Eve Poem

Our Glitter Easter Eggs!!


Twas the night before Easter and all through the house;
Not a creature was sleeping, not even a smouse.

The eggs were all boiling and dye cups were handy;
With great anticipation, we both felt quite dandy.

We hustled and bustled to color our eggs;
For we knew he would not stop until we were snug in our beds.

And so Mr. Bunny, we bid you good night;
Now please fill our baskets with enough candy so we won't fight.
