Pioneer Woman Meatloaf

I made the Pioneer Woman's Meatloaf recipe. Here is what I think. I love the sauce on top. I love that it's wrapped in bacon. The actual "loaf"...I think it lacks something. If I make it again I will add some onion and sauce to the meat.
It wasn't horrible and Mollie liked it and ate it so, it wasn't a total bust.
